Kicker Definition

In Poker, an odd high card that does not contribute to a Straight or Flash hands but helps a Player win the Hand. For example if two players have two pairs of 10's and Jack's. One Player has 10, 10, J, J and Ace and the other Player has 10, 10, J, J, 8 - the Player with the Ace Kicker will win the Hand.
