Stripping Definition

A technique of Shuffling cards where the order of the cards is reversed so the first card in the deck becomes the last by way of taking the first card and putting it on the table face down and then taking the second card and placing it on top of the first and so on. Normally dealers will take batches of cards from the top and lower them, rather than wasting time doing it card by card.
