32Red vs. William Hill Decision Regarding Costs Coming Soon

After 32Red Casino has triumphed in the legal battle regarding trademark infringement it has been waging for the past two years against William Hill it is expecting adequate compensation.

The judge in the case has decided this week that he will render his decision with regards to the size of the compensation in writing to both parties in two weeks time.

32Red is asking for compensation due to loss of revenue and legal costs and request the judge to convey his decision orally, but William Hill lawyer objected and the decision will be handed in a written summery.

In the meantime the judge ordered William Hill to never use the 32V or 32Vegas trademark that infringed on 32Red Casino trademark within the EU and to publish the judgment details on all its major associated websites.

It is imported to note that William Hill has rebranded 32Vegas as 21Nova since 2009.
