Casino Mogul Steve Win Las Vegas Wedding

Last Friday the whole world watched as the most talked about wedding of the year between the British Prince William and Kate Middleton was taking place in Westminster Abbey in London, England.

The following day half way across the world there was another important wedding taking place in Las Vegas. This wedding was also a royal wedding that saw gambling royalty mogul Steve Wynn getting married for the third time.

Steve Wynn is the CEO of Wynn Resorts, one of the biggest casino resort company operating many casinos across the US and Macau in China.

Steve was married twice before to the same woman Elaine Wynn who was his college sweetheart, divorced and then married her again and then divorced again.

Steve Wynn has been keeping the gambling press busy in recent weeks; first with his u-turn on online gambling and partnership with PokerStars, followed by another u-turn after Black Friday events that saw the one month old partnership dissolved before it even began.

In the middle of all this back and forth Wynn managed to find the time to have a star-studded wedding that included the likes of Sylvester Stallone, Donald Trump, Celine Deion, Hugh Jackman and Clint Eastwood acting as Wynn's best man as he married Andrea Hissom.

In early interviews prior to the wedding Wynn insisted that his third wedding will be very private, however it ended up being a huge production with 500 guests and the bride wedding a similar wedding dress to that of Kate Middleton.

Las Vegas insiders claimed that Wynn spent around $1 Million on the event but that all the guest stars would drive business up at Wynn Casino and cause the high rollers to flock to the casino to gaze at the stars.
